About me

During my studies in 2005 I came into contact with yoga for the first time. Over the years I have been trying out some yoga styles until in 2015 the path led me to Berlin, where I accidentally stumbled across some Kundalini Yoga Pranayam and Asanas and fell in love with it at first sight.
Breathing exercises in combination with different postures were an oasis of well-being for my mind and body. During my Asia trip through Thailand I spent some time in Sri Thanu on Koh Phangan and delved deeper and deeper into the practice. After returning to Europe Kundalini was an integral part of my life.
I can still vividly remember the moment I sat on my yoga mat and felt this tremendous need in my chest to do the Kundalini Yoga teachers´ training in order to pass on this wonderful practice.
Today I am very happy to have followed my heart.
I am very grateful for passing on this wonderful tool to others.

Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga, also known as the Yoga of Awareness, combines physical and breathing exercises, mantras, mudras (hand gestures), drishtis (eye focus) and meditation. Characteristics of this Yoga style are dynamic, repetitive movements and positions that are held for a long time and that are combined with intensive breathing exercises. Kundalini Yoga builds strength, flexibility, resilience and healthy glandular function. It strengthens the nervous system and stimulates the body's cleansing processes, both on a physical and emotional level.
This practice is very transformative and quickly leads to changes and improvements in well-being. It helps you release blockages and find your inner balance.
